Application:

Morning: use the facial toner after cleansing to refresh and invigorate the skin. Pat it in well to stimulate blood circulation in the skin. The cream is then massaged into the still slightly damp skin. You only need a little. If you would like the cream in a lighter consistency, put a pea-sized drop of both the cream and the milk in your hand, rub together and apply this mixture to the skin.

In the evening you usually only need the cleansing milk. It has a moisturizing effect and is sufficient to protect the skin overnight. The skin should be able to "breathe" at night, which means that sweat and slag can reach the skin's surface unhindered. In this way, your skin stays healthy and finds its way back to its natural balance.
