How to order
How do I order at BCE?
BCE offers a selection of more than 3500 natural cosmetics products from all major brands. Browse through our catalogue for face care, body care, hair care, decorative cosmetics, baby care, accessories, or natural supplements.
On the left side of the shop you find the categories. The category tree shows the categories under the main categories when you click on the main categories. The products under the categories will be shown and you can choose the desired products.
If you like to search for specific products or brands you can enter the search terms in the search field which shows on the top left of the shop. The results will be shown when you hit the "Go" button.
You also find a drop down menue under the search field where you can select all the brands we are selling. When you choose a brand and click on the "Go" button all products of the chosen brand will get displayed.
How do I place an online order?
When you find a desired product place it in your shopping cart by clicking on the button "add to cart". The shopping cart is permanently displayed on the top right side of the shop.
To complete your purchase click on the button "checkout" right under the permanent shopping cart on the top right of the shop. Your shopping cart with your selected products will then get displayed.
Following you will be guided through a 4 step easy to use process to complete your order. You will have the option to create an user account in our shop with which you can easily log in in the future to use all of our services and place a new order without providing your address information again. If you prefer, you can also complete our order without registering an account with us. You will be guided through the following steps to complete your order:
- Overview of your shopping cart and your order
- Provide billing and delivery address (You can also use different shipping addresses)
- Choose shipping method and payment method
- Confirm our terms and conditions and confirm your order

How can I pay?
At the end of the order process you can choose from the following payment methods:
- Credit Card
- Bank Transfer/Payment in advance (only availablewithin the EU)

When you have placed an order
After you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail with an overview of the products you ordered. We will then process your order and inform you about the status of your order. Should a product not be available at the time of your order we will immediately inform you by e-mail. As soon as your order is shipped you will receive an e-mal with a link to track your parcel online on the DHL website.You can always see your previous orders and additional information when you log back into your account at a later time.
