The new BCE shop

The new BCE Shop has changed significantly in usability, performance, category structure and other functions to make it easier and more comfortable for our customers to shop.

What major changes apply for our customers?

The new BCE Shop uses a different and more secure encryption method for account passwords. Therefore the passwords of existing customers which have been created in our previous shop do not work in our new shop.

Login for existing customers:

To be able to log into your existing account please click on the "Forgot Password" link in the "My Account" box on the top right side of the shop. Enter your email address and click on the button "Request Password" and within the next minutes you will receive an E-Mail with a link to change your password. Just follow the link and you will be taken to the screen where you can enter your password. You can then use all our services as before in our previous shop.

Should you have still problems logging in after you requested your new password please contact our customer service at service@bce-europe.com and we will be happy to assist you.

What happens to my order which I have recently placed in the old BCE shop and is still processing and has not been delivered?

All customers who currently have a pending or processing order should have received an E-Mail with information about the launch of the new BCE shop. Orders that are currently being processed and have not been shipped yet will of course get processed as usual. We will notify all customers as soon as the order has been shipped. For any questions regarding your current order please contact our customer service service@bce-europe.com.

Can I see my order history when I log into my account?

At the moment it is not possible to view your order history from the previous BCE shop in the new shop. We will be working on the import of the order history, so that existing customers can view their previous purchases again in the current shop.

Upon request  we will of course provide our customers all data about all orders previously placed in the old BCE shop.

Nothing will be changed for all orders placed in the current BCE shop. All new orders can be viewd in the order history when you log into your account again.

What happens to my newsletter subscription?

Customers who have previously registered for receiving the BCE newsletter will also be newsletter subscribers in our new shop. Everything remains as before.
