Shipping & Discounts
Our general discount scheme for all orders:
For all orders with an order value of 100 EUR discounts will get automatically applied during checkout based on the following discount scheme:
100 EUR - 200 EUR: 2% discount
200 EUR - 300 EUR: 3% discount
300 EUR or more: 4% discount
5 EUR welcome discount for new customers:
All customers who place their first order with BCE get 5 EUR discount. Please use the discount coupon code which you receive in our confirmation Email after you have registered your account in our shop. (Minimum order value 25 EUR).
Shipping within Germany and to Austria:
All parcels to destinations in Germany are being delivered through DHL. For delivery of packages within Germany we charge a flat fee of 3.90 EUR.
Shipping within Germany is free of charge for orders of 50 EUR and above!
Within Germany payment can be made with Credit Card, Paypal C.O.D or Wire Transfer to our bank account. The surcharge for C.O.D delivery is 4 EUR. Delivery time within Germany is usually 2 to 3 working days.
The shipping fees for parcels to Austria are 5.90 EUR (0 - 500 g) and 7.90 EUR (>500 g).
Shipping within Europe:
Beauty Center Europe delivers to many European countries. In order to provide the best possible shipping method we deliver within Europe through our partner Deutsche Post/DHL. All customers will be notified by e-mail when an order is shipped. Parcels can be tracked online. All parcels are shipped registered mail and are fully insured.Payment for countries in Europe is possible by Credit Card, Paypal or Wire Transfer to our bank account. Delivery time within Europe is usually 3-6 business days.
Shipping within Europe is free of charge for all orders with a product value of 250 EUR or more!

Payment for international customers is possible via Credit Card or Paypal. Delivery time is usually 6-12 working days. All customers will be notified by e-mail when order is shipped. Parcels can be tracked online. All parcels are shipped registered mail and are fully insured.
Returns:
All ordered products can be returned within 2 weeks after the date of delivery. The products must be unopened, unused and in original packaging. Customer is responsible for all return charges. All products must be shipped to Beauty Center Europe at the following return address:

Beauty Center Europe cannot make refunds for products not sent back within the refund period. Where special circumstances are applicable, please contact us.
